Miho Turns Three, I turn Twenty-Two

I turned another year younger this past Sunday. I keep telling my husband Mark that twenty-two is the oldest I’ve ever been. I’m so blessed to have him as a part of my life for coming up on three years. It’s almost been a year now since we got married (06·30·2012). And it’s been the best year of my life. I can’t even explain how much he blesses me every single day, let alone how much me blessed me on my birthday. I am so thankful for him, his friendship, his heart, and his love. This was my best birthday yet.

Mark surprised me by taking me to a barbecue hosted by my favorite food truck, MIHO Gastrotruck. I love MIHO for their values - fresh, local, organic, pastured, humanely treated, and thoughtfully sourced ingredients. Their high standards definitely show in the quality and delicious taste of their food.

The rest of the afternoon following our lunch was filled with him taking me to do all my favorite things, looking around in some neat shops, and in the evening we had dinner with my families.

I can’t even imagine a year better than this past one, or a birthday better. But I know the future God has for me, for us, has so many incredible adventures in store that will far surpass the wonderful and amazing events that transpired in my past twenty-first year. Onwards and upwards.
