I was excited to have been asked to shoot some photos during a video shoot of Gourmet Footwear's Cork Pack at The Gorbals in Los Angeles, with Chef Ilan Hall and musician Boaz Roberts. Ilan is best known as the winner of the second season of the Bravo television network's reality series Top Chef, and judging by the food that he makes at The Gorbals, he is definitely worthy of the Top Chef title.
