I've admired MIHO since they were a food truck that made the rounds throughout San Diego, and my husband and I happened upon them one lunchtime in Carlsbad (I'll never forget the incredible lamb burger we had). So when Juan contacted me, and asked me to shoot this pop up dinner in Northpark, for MIHO's The Vetted Table and their new cocktail division Barçon, I was pretty stoked.
